Are you watching Boston Legal?
Some arrogant employer gave his employees 6 weeks to quit smoking or they'd be fired. A girl was fired!! Alan Shore met her outside...crying, and is taking on the case.

Since there have been several companies try this in the real world, I'm interested in seeing how Boston Legal handles it!

1. I'm watching. Sadly, that case went like it would in the real world.
But great line from Denny Crane: "You have very large testicles, my friend." His next line had me cracking up more.

5. It goes way back
to Joseph Loomis born about 1590 is Braintree, Essex, England. He married Mary White on 30 Jun 1614 and came to America in 1630 with 8 children - 5 sons and 3 daughters. He was one of the founders of Windsor, Ct. From his children there are perhaps several million descendants. Well, at least the data I have shows 87 grandchildren, 401 g-grandchildren, 1340, 3456, 7354, 11443, 10519, etc. Which is very incomplete.
