Ok, my heart just broke

I was looking at some people I know on MySpace and I looked on my friend's daughter's. They live in a very small town in Texas. There was a band that she had on her friend's list so I clicked on that and thought it was cool because they are really just kids that want to play music. They said they are playing at "The Park next to Sonic" and I thought that was "cute". It said it was to help a "real cool little boy". So I checked out more and came to this page:

It just broke my heart. I'm going to see if there is a way I can help out a little. Once in a while, things just really get me, and this was one. I thought I would put it up here, I guess thinking that maybe a few of you might be able to help a bit. I know there are so many sad situations in the world and sometimes we feel overwhelmed with compassion, but like I said, this just got to me. I hope this wasn't wrong to do, but I felt like I needed to.
