You'd think with my 3rd child I'd known better..
Got a doc appt this afternoon, already dressed and lookin good for the sexy doc of mine then the inevitable happened. I just got done feeding my 6 mo old son, burped him, and he was hanging out with me on the couch. I then feel this distinguishable warm feeling flowing down my shirt and on my pants. Yes. I got puked on. :puke:

Temporary amnesia :)

6. Babies are nauseated by the smell of a clean shirt.
Edited on Wed Mar-01-06 11:01 AM by texas1928
My neices doctored at least 10 of my best western shirts. And for some reason formula does not wash out that well. As jeff Foxworthy used to say it looked like I had condors living in my yard.

8. It doesnt come out!
I have so many ruined tshirts because of it. They need to make a formula detergent that takes it out.

10. gives me chills even thinking about it.. I dont deal well with puke.
I have to have my mom come up and clean up puke if one of my older kids misses the bathroom. Even if I hear someone puking I'll be joining them.

11. Yeah, as a mom, we've had EVERY possible bodily fluid on us.
:eyes:

I literally one time caught my kid's vomit in my HANDS, to keep him from getting it on a friend's couch.

Yuck.

Girl, I could tell you stories...I'm sure you can relate, right?

:hi:

about that phase where we were all analyzing what the baby had last eaten.... that was a bit scary as I recall.

13. Oh I got one..
Before we got him on Prevacid - the entire bottle would just come right up shortly after. His pediatrician wouldnt put him on anything, so we took him to a Pulminologist for his wheezing and he gave us Prevacid on the spot. I was getting my house added onto and I was walking with him through the new part and the floors were just getting put in. He decided he had to puke and I held my hand out just to grab it all so it wouldnt get all over the new carpeting. I was so grossed out I scrubbed my hands for a good 20 min to get rid of the smell.

I thought I was going to lose it myself :puke:
