Yes, this is now officially a rap-stopper.

What's a rap-stopper? Well, way back around 1973, when National Lampoon was as wickedly funny as The Onion is today, they ran a little column offering a number of "rap-stoppers", statements you could drop into your typical stoned-hippie gathering that were guaranteed to make conversation come to a screeching halt as the befuddled participants tried to figure out if they had actually heard what their brain was insisting you had said.

The only two I can remember: "I think Richard Nixon is doing the best job he can!" and "You know, Dick Butkus is the most under-rated running back in pro football!"

B*sh has clearly made it into that immortal pantheon. (Anyone else an old fart enough to remember more of those rap-stoppers?)
