Can someone help me quick with an Outlook question?

For a class, I'm trying to help someone upload an Outlook calendar to their class' message board/her work folder.

Problem is, we can't figure how to save the Outlook calendar. The "Save As" isn't highlighted. We tried both "Save as Web Page" and "Export" (to what?), neither worked because something isn't installed? I don't have the disk anymore...

Any ideas anyone? I know there's a computer forum, but this is due in the next hour or so, LOL. (At least it's not me waiting till the last minute!)
