I was honored at a chili cookoff last night!
I previously won in three different categories-Best overall chili, Hottest, and Most Unusual. Well we arrived late and they had placed bets on how long it would take me to mention I was a triple Crown Winner. I was almost moved to tears. I didn't even think most people knew who I was. Wow!

I love chili and love to eat it in less than traditional ways. I love it over baked potatoes and especially over pasta. I make spaghetti often and use chili instead of regular spaghetti sauce.
It's the best trust me.

6. It was a chicken chili
With jalapenos and white cheddar cheese. I made it a few years ago and I'm not sure if I can find the recipe. For my best,, it was made with chunks of beef and had about a cup of tequila in it.
