pResident to visit Halethorpe MD. Residents collectively say "WTF?!?"
<snip>

"It's weird!" exclaimed Helen "Stormy" Kinsey, whose nickname comes from being born during a 1933 hurricane. "Why would he come to Halethorpe?"

Answers are hard to come by.

The White House confirmed yesterday that the president will stop at the Home Depot and that the store is, in fact, in Halethorpe -- a relief to some of its 20,000 residents with secret suspicions that it might really be in Lansdowne, or even Patapsco. But the details ended there.

<snip>

But as for the president coming to this area, where registered Democrats outnumber registered Republicans more than 2-to-1, Marconi thinks it's great, if inexplicable.

"Hopefully he'll stop in here and pick up a six-pack," he said. "I'd like to meet the president."

2. Let's see how excited they get when they see the bill
Security for the most dangerous man on earth is one bitchin' expensive job. They should take a vote, and those who want him there should pay for it. The rest of them need to hold onto their money, because wherever bush goes, so does your hard-earned money.

4. In my part of the country we have these people that drive around

spotting swell locations for photo or video shoots. We call these people "location scouts."

BushCo has some of the best in the biz. Halethorpe has its picturesque Home Depot or its telegenic folksy people to thank for this.

And it doesn't hurt that it's less than 2 hrs drive from DC.
