Okay my wife told me today she had a Kucinich sex dream
She said, in her dream, that she met Kucinich and that he just walked up to her, grabbed here head with both hands, and passionately kissed her (she's 25 I'm 27 btw). Then she said that he wanted to "go down on her" if you know what I mean. Then she laughed, and abruptly changed the subject, quite skillfully actually.

Later, maybe in the afternoon, she said that if I had died fighting the "cause" that she would enter the Kucinich First Lady contest, and that it wouldn't matter that he is so much older than her, and that he is the only man she loves outside of me and her family (the in-laws).

So here is the question, here is where that inherent DUer wisdom comes in, so oil 'er up and get ready:

Is my wife going to kill me and rule the world from the left hip of Dennis Kucinich?

1. Thats unbelievable.
I believe I'll avoid any references to Kucinich's schnoz and him "going down" or whatever - dammit.. everyone's leaving me open for jokes I can't tell on DU!!

2. If I were you
I'm not sure that I'd be OK with that dream. It's a tad weird even by dream-standards. (and I once had a dream that I grew a big second butt on my leg)

3. Have you ever seen him speak in real life?
The guys a maniac, he turned red yelling and yelling at this teamster thing in Iowa I was at. He honestly scared me and i'm about 5 inches or 100 Ibs larger than he is. I got to shake his hand, i didnt realize how small he was. Your wife would have had to bend over to get any where near his face.

9. we have two teamster children in this race, Gep and Kucinich heh
Personally thats not my union that my family was involved with, the miners and steelworkers for me, and Kucinich is quite popular with the latter, not sure about the miners.

educated about the issues, wouldn't you say? Don't you think non-Teamster's deserve health care too?

16. other tiny one?
hmmm. you mean candiates wise. Well its not Kerry, lol hes 6'4, and Gep is average height, so maybe you mean Dean or somethin, Dean no offense to him is nothing tall himself at 5'8, so I chuckle when his supporters say Kucinich is too small.

17. I've met him.
Listened to him, shook his hand, and talked with him a bit both times. He didn't yell or turn red.

I'm a big DK supporter. But I haven't dreamt about him!

statement. If there's one thing women like, it's passionate, calm intensity which Kucinich has.

What other nuances about what women like pass some men by? Kucinich is the kind of man with whom you can share an intense, spiritual sexual experience.

It's a lot different than being with the sort that just lies on you or thinks the sheer strength of his thrusts, clumsy gropings is impressive, and hollywood imitations is any good.

Throw a man with Kucinich's depth in my bed any day.

14. She probably just finds him appealing
I mean, Kucinich is no Adonis for sure, but he is confident and very passionate about his beliefs. Sometimes those qualities women like can translate into other conscious (or subconscious) attractions. I used to have Bill Clinton dreams when he was running back in 1992 (but I voted for Tsongas in the primaries, so go figure).

18. I agree
and I take it as a complement. I, sort of, have convictions myself. One of them is supporting Kucinich!

20. Dude that's embarrassing
Brad Pitt maybe...but DK? That'd be like my girlfriend telling me she had a sex dream about the Ernest Goes to Camp guy. But I do admire your internal strength to come forward with this. Maybe you two should take that vacation you've been putting off? Just my $.02

21. I wouldn't worry Mr s&v
probably some transference issues on Ms. s&v's part.
In fact, you may want to take it as a boost to your advocacy for DK. Perhaps your allegiance to the candidate is as much or more attractive than the candidate, and difficult for Ms. s&v to acknowledge without seeming 'unfaithful' to the candidate.

after all, she did say 'if I had died fighting the "cause", which puts you in a very high heroic light, and even while 'he is the only man she loves outside of me and her family (the in-laws)', you don't fear her offing you for say, your dad or bro-in-law, do you?

keep up the fight for DK. You will only appear more attractive to her.

just my take. I am not a practicing pyschologist, tho i may play one at home.

peace,
dp

22. It's the orbital mind-control lasers.
They beamed the dream to your wife in an effort to smear the only candidate that threatens to destroy them.
