It's time to destroy Verizon Wireless
I am SICK AND TIRED of their damned commercial with the woman changing her clothes while listening to The Blackeyed Peas' "My Humps"! Enough already! Every station on cable plays it every hour!

DEATH TO VERIZON WIRELESS!

1. Ah, now, EP. How 'bout just death to the commercial?
It IS annoying, I'll give you that. But then, most commercials are, I think.

2. That's not as much fun
DEATH TO VERIZON WIRELESS!

YAY!

And a lot of commercials are annoying, yes. That one IMO goes above and beyond though.

15. Well Vodafone think the same way too.
They're looking to sell off their stake in Verizon. Not performing well enough for them apparently.

Either that or Vodafone should just buy Verizon.

Mark.

18. I have had T mobile for 6 years and customer service is why I stay.
They have the best customer service of any large company I have ever done business with, hands down.

24. I was at ATT before they merged, then went T-mobile
because of their customer service but I have found them rather unhelpful, to say the least, and am switching when my yr is up. I have had a problem since I started service with them, and they led me on and on and on until my trial period was up then told me that the problem I had was just how it was and no one had ever told me they could fix it or had fixed it. It got ruder. I am getting older and as I age I find I am getting more uppity about customer service.

What my phone does is, if I am in a no service area (of which there are many living in a rural area with hills, including my home), when someone calls there is a 25 second totally dead space until it goes to the voicemail. No ring, no nothing. Since I use my phone for work, people don't wait that long, instead hang up and figure I am not in business anymore.

At 1 point T-mobile "fixed" it to decrease the amount of time between ringing and going to voicemail. What this did was make it impossible for me to answer the blasted phone unless I answered before it rang because it rang once and went to voicemail, AND there was still the 25 second dead space if I was in an out of service area. When I had ATT the caller would hear ring, ring, ring, voicemail. With T-mobile the caller hears

(for 25 seconds)
voicemail.

I had to spend at least an hour on the phone each time I called in order to get to a person who could help me. This is too long.

rant rant rant, sorry and thanks.

30. I can understand that. Tmobile is not for people in rural areas I think.
It works great along interstates and in cities. But out in boonies, my phone is the first to lose signal. I don't mind because I never go out there.

13. Yes, I'm stuck with them till March 20
I'm on their cheapest monthly plan, and I NEVER use up all my minutes. Ever. Not even 1/10 of them. I asked them about going on their prepaid plan, and if I did, I'd still have to pay a 99 cent per day "access fee," whether I used the phone that day or not, which makes the price the same as the fixed rate plan.

Oh, I COULD get a cheaper plan, but it would work only in Minnesota and the Dakotas, and the roaming fees would be exorbitant.

Even the customer service rep was realizing what a lousy deal they offer.

Fie upon them! I'm switching to T-Mobile or Virgin Mobile so that I can get a real pay-as-you-go plan.

...to eliminate even the remote possibility that they have an even worse song (hard to believe as that is) somewhere in their future.

29. I wholeheartedly agree with you
It sucks, but then so do those other VCast commercials. The idiot on the corner looks like he's got PTSD and is ready to go completely postal, and well--they're all just bad. Perhaps, however, they appeal in some way to Gen Xers or whoever now falls into the 18-25 age range? You know us old fogies--we just can't appreciate some humor of this generation.

(Jesus, I'm saying exactly the sort of thing, however much on purpose, that our parents said to us thirty+ years ago!!!)
