Actually all my friends and family and people at work all came cautiously up to me and asked me ..how things were going, curious why i was suddenly being so nice to people. probably the best thing Pemas tapes did was help me to quit drinking after 30 years of alcoholism. Meditation was the Catalyst tho

and subliminal tapes gave me nightmares.

I particularly have those moments when I'm on the Red Line CTA train on my way home from work. When I'm on the trains, and I've had a hideously bad day, I put out these hostile "leave me alone" vibes. And I just SEETHE when someone sits next to me.

Your bad day will be over in a while. And I hope tomorrow is a better day for you.

And today I am still the same . I swear I could rip a phone book to pieces if there was one nearby . My excuse is PMS . ARGHHHH ! I have not been in a talking mood since Saturday . I took an encyclopedia into the bathroom and sat on the floor and read it because its the only place where I could get some peace . Glad to see I am not the only one in a the " everybody can fuck off " mood .

They're called Finals weeks, and one of them is coming up real soon. Fortunatley, Since Return of the King is coming out that week, I won't be as pissed off.

Its almost time to unplug the internet, pack up the notes and the laptop, and stakeout a quiet corner of the library.
