How can some people be so gross?

I live in an apartment complex. And people are pissing me off.

Just because a dumpsters lid is closed, does that really mean you can't take 2 seconds to open it and throw your trash in? Is it so hard? Is your day so busy? Why leave your trash for the rest of us residents, or the maintenance guy, to pick up?

And even worse, our manager is thinking about locking the bathroom in the laundry facility permanently, because some trashy jack ass insists on leaving his waste for all residents to see (okay, *smell*) while trying to do laundry. Leaving it for the rest of us to flush. That is so disgusting.

And whoever is letting their dog shit in front my apt. building and not picking up- I will catch you one of these days and report you to management! I pick up after my dog, there is NO reason I should have to pick up after YOURS just to keep MY ass out of trouble. I never report people for anything, but I already got a complaint for someone else's dog crap. It ain't happening again.
