any monkey experts around?
If so, can you tell me what kind of monkey Curious George is supposed to be? He IS called a monkey so...

Could he be one of the tail-less types of monkeys OR did he have a curious little accident at some point?

 just wondering.

5. I'm not aware of any monkeys that don't have tails.
I could be (probably AM) wrong, but I always thought that monkeys have tails, apes do not.

6. I think Curious George is a chimpanzee and the writer and most people
are unaware of the differences between apes and monkeys. But I am no expert, just another primate. ha ha
