1. Probably 6 p.m. if it is Comcast.

At least that's what happened to me. I was told the cable guy would be out between 9 a.m. and noon. Well, I waited all day and then they called me and said he wouldn't be there until 6 p.m. I told them to shove it and canceled order. So, I still stuck with dish.
