I'm having the best lunch right now...homemade Louisiana gumbo

Our company is big on March of Dimes and one of our admins made a whole kettle of seafood gumbo for $5 a bowl to support the MoD (company matches fifty cents on the dollar).

A little hot sauce, some andouille and chicken and I'm one happy dude.

I had the best gumbo ever at an Irish restaurant, if you can imagine, last month. First time ever that the shrimp wasn't overcooked and tough.

$5 a bowl? That rocks!
