I was thinking about LaraMN this week
We drove past her town on the way to the north shore.

4. Did it stink?
The paper mill has been in full on barf-stench mode. Last night we came back from Duluth, and it smelled overwhelmingly like freaking burnt corn. I told my husband "that can't be healthy."
:puke:

5. I was thinking about both of you this week
Somebody posted a thread about what you would do if you were in Minnesota, and I thought, I would look up KitchenWitch and LaraMN. :)

10.  I will, I will!
I should have my minivan in "long distance-travel" shape in the next month or two, and then I'll be much more capable of making the trip! :bounce:

8. HEY, did you and that lovely child survive the first week of pre-
school?

How was it having hours and hours all to yourself finally, after all these years?

What does the little man have to say about his new school experience?

9. It went well, thanks!
I wasn't alone- my middle one (four year old) was at home with me- she'll start preschool next year; Jack started at age three, because it's the way they do special-ed for kids his age. He bawled his head off when I came to get him on Friday, but it seemed to be because he was DOG tired; he missed his nap, but had been fine up until I arrived. His teachers have been pleased with his behavior, and he seems generally happy about it, so I'm quite relieved. Thanks for thinking of us!:loveya:

12. Awww that sounds great! Yes, the tykes (even at age 12) get CRANKY
when they're tired.

I have no doubt that Jack will continue to win friends and influence people every where he goes!!!!
