Has anyone ever actually *flipped* a flapjack?

I always turn mine with a spatula.

And for you classic film buffs, which film is this "flip/flapjack" in reference to?

Hint: S. Z. "Cuddles" Sakall and Barbara Stanwyck

I can do it with a nonstick pan with slanty edges, but I'm only accurate about hitting the middle of the pan about half the time. The rest of the time --> :rofl:
