I used to know every Jimmy Page solo by heart

I learned them in eight grade. Now all I can remember are:

Black Dog

Stairway

Rock and Roll

No Quarter

Someone interpret this for me.

5. It was just SOOOOOOO

prevalent in my high school (yes, even in the late 80s) Led Zeppelin and Guns and Roses and to a lesser extent; Metallica.

I tried to like Zep, but my annoyance with it just bowled me over time and time again.

I actually started to like Led Zeppelin a few years ago--and then had the misfortune of seeing The Song Remains the Same...Jimmy, put down that bow and walk slowly away....

I'd say the ones you remember are pretty much the cream. DO you ever bust out the MXR Phaser and play Nobody's Fault but Mine?
