I'm just going to say it, Montana is going to upset Boston College...

They're deceptively tough. They beat Stanford this year, a few other solid teams. Montana has a shot. Interestingly enough, one of my younger brothers could have been a graduate assistant for MT the last few years. He chose to finish his Master's at a different school and keep his job as a head coach for a small high school.

Another fact, a kid from my reservation - the Blackfeet Reservation - plays for Montana. I just saw him on tv a few minutes ago. It was weird, haha. His name is Michael Chavez. I imagine the whole state is going nuts right now. I've been waiting my whole life for MT to win an NCAA tournament game. Most people back home has. It's a big deal for people in a sparsely populated state like that.

My New England born, UM grad hubby is in pain! Pain I tell you! He was cheering for BC last weekend. Different story today! Yeah, the Griz play a tight game. He loves going for underdogs anyway, but his alma mater... oh, we be excited! I may need to break out some animal tranquilizers for the second half!

And it won't get better if UM and UA keep advancing ;) I may have to get the tent outta the basement and move out for a bit! Don't know that I can cheer against Lute on any given day.

Hey, took your advice about subject lines. It was fun to fib but it didn't work that much better in GD as truth did in the lounge. But I do appreciate the help from my friends!

MT led most of the first half and were down by 2 at halftime. It went downhill after that. Well, my school is still in it anyway. :)

A few years ago I ran into Lute Olson and asked him for directions to the sports media center, they were ranked #1 in the country at the time, well, the very next day they lost, haha.

I routinely make fun of people back home because I normally get to cheer deep into the NCAA tournament. I'm a jerk, I know. Still it is fun!

I am a big Gonzaga fan too. So we'll see how they end up in a little bit. Playing right now. My Great-Uncle lives in Spokane, he's probably going nuts right now, lol.

I won't watch any DUKE game anymore, no matter who they are playing. Get too pissed at officials. Wanna audit bank accounts after the first quarter.

I didn't get to see much of it, as they were showing the Illinois/Washington game here, but I was following the score and hoping the Grizzlies could pull it off, as a former resident of the Big Sky Country :)
