Best Ab Workout?
God almighty, anything besides endless situps! I've been doing 100 per day for 3 weeks and have just now started to notice some tone. There's got to be a better way...

What say you? I'll be going off to the University of Alabama next year and am currently searching for the easiest and fastest way to achieve a 6 pack. w00t w00t!

Thanks!

5. They recommend the Ab Rocker?!
Wow.

Still, with neck problems (anf fused vertabrae), it's an option.

2. Start boxing
A good six pack requires real low body fat and tons of different sit ups. 100 a day don't cut it. Think maybe 1000.

3. You could do sit ups for ever, but if you aren't eating right....
...you'll never get a six pack. Do tons of cardio - and eat a low carb diet. You need to burn body fat.

4. Yeah
but I'm not fat to begin with... plus at 18 years old, your metabolism rate is still pretty high. But you are correct, fatty food don't help and I'm not eating them. I've given up all fried foods as well as red meat (thanks to the mad cow found in Alabama). :P

8. You need to do a lot of a vast variety of different kinds of sit-ups
Seriously, go work out with some college or All-Star cheerleaders. They tend to have some major core body strength in order to jump, fly, and tumble.

9. Martial arts. Kayaking is good, too
There're more, but those are two of mine that always worked by abdominals really well.

Martial arts, especially when connectivity is stressed and everything generates or pivots about the waist (very true of the Chinese styles I've done), has to provide one of the best abdominal workouts, albeit part of a far larger and diffuse physical framework.
