Ok one of Neil's illegitemate children was dropped off at the White House so Dubya and Pickles can raise him. One day when the little boy was at school he asked a little girl next to him at the lunch table a question.

"Hey, I learned a new word today penis. Do you know what it means?"
LG "No, maybe you should ask a grown up or something?"

When he get's home he asked Pickles.

"Hey I learned a new word today penis. Do you know what it means?"
Pickles "Go to your room and wait till George comes home."

On his way to his room he see's one of the twins and decides to ask them?
"Hey I learned a new word today penis. Do you know what it means?"
Spawn of hell "You better ask dad when he get's home."

When George comes home from his coke&hookers binge Laura tells him to go talk to the little boy.
"Hey Uncle George, I learned a new word today penis. Do you know what it means?"
GWB "Little buddy I'll do you one better than telling what penis means, I'll show ya' what a penis is!"
GWB drops his pants and underwear to the floor and points at his crotch.

The next day at school the little girl comes up to him at first grader reccess and ask him if he found out what penis means?

LG "Did you find out what penis means?"
LB "I'll do you better than tell you what it means. I'll show you what a penis is!"

The little boy drops his pants and underwear behind the slide to show the little girl what a penis is.

LB "This here is a penis." He said pointing at his crotch.
LB "If it was just two inches shorter it would be a perfect penis like Uncle George's."
