I'm leaving DU

until next weekend. I'll be checking PMs and may be able to sneak on for a few minutes. I'm moving carload after carload of stuff while trying to work full-time and deal with other life issues. The movers come to get the furniture on Wednesday. Please send positive thoughts and prayers my way. I'm just a *little* overwhelmed right now!

The interview went very well. I was promised a decision by the end of the week. That has come and gone now. :( The job would be a perfect fit. I'd be able to research and dig into the detail while still able to look at the big picture and participate in determining the future focus and direction of the organization. Perhaps the bureacracy got in the way. :shrug: I'm trying not to get discouraged - yet.

My daughter's been a huge help, but life for me is a solo effort. I don't let people get very close. All of you probably know more about me and my life than those I've known for 12 years here... Must work on changing that.
