A request for good vibes for my mother, please

My mom has been dealing with a chronic lung condition for a number of years (she has never smoked, but was a preemie, and they often develop lung problems at some point in their lives). She has been in and out of the hospital because of this, but has been doing quite well since last fall.

One of my sisters called me today and said mom was back in the hospital. She had started coughing again -- a sign that the lung condition is acting up -- and had a severe headache and elevated heart rate. They put her in ICU, because she is vulnerable to colds, germs, etc. Her heart rate has calmed down, but her head still hurts very badly, and she is still coughing. The doctor thinks he may be able to get her stabilized by tomorrow and release her, but he's not sure at this point.

Any good thoughts, vibes, prayers, etc., from you for my mom would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

:hi: :hug: we have a friend that built submarines (welder) back when nobody much cared for the side effects; his regimen for COPD is intense but is as well going forward...peace & wellness to mom, sweets ~

Mom doesn't have COPD, but many of her symptoms are similar. It's horrible to see her struggle to breathe sometimes.

The take very good care of her there. She was one of the best-loved employees, so I have no qualms about the care she will get. (My sisters work there too, and if something isn't right, you can bet they'd say something about it.}
