Since you are, you know, fucking morons, I need some clarifcation from your fucking moron-ness: so, please answer just one question for me about illegal immigrants:

1. Are illegal immigrants lazy, no good useless fucks sucking at the federal teat who refuse to work because they wouldn't know work if they saw it with giant neon signs pointing it out in Spanish or whatever language they speak,

or

2. Are illegal immigrants stealing jobs from Americans?

Please, you need to decide on a position. You can't have it both ways, and it's getting fucking confusing.

But seriously, yes, sad. Obviously, there is some truth in answer 2, that they are taking jobs from Americans, but my answer to that is "Well, so what? They're taking mostly the shitty jobs no one else wants, anyway".

And everyone has a right to live in a cool country, even if Shrubbie is slowly making sure that we no longer are.

In about three years, we won't have an immigrant problem, because it will be better in Mexico and every other country.

Sort of like when they say that women are not capable of choosing whether or not to have a child, but are capable of raising that child for 18 years.

When opposing the religious right, I think it would be best to oppose what they actually say. A "woman's right to choose" is the liberal meme; the religious right would never put it in these terms. The reason why they oppose abortion is because they consider it murder, simply that. It has nothing to do with a woman being capable of choosing whether or not to have a child. Now, if you see a contradiction between opposing murder of foetuses and yet supporting the murder of Iraqis, criminals, etc. then that is also fair game for an argument (although off-topic here).

Your first question is extremely racist and as for your 2nd question they aren't stealing job, some gray fat white fuck is taking jobs that Americans traditionally did and handing them off to illegal immigrants just to save a buck at the expensive of selling out his fellow man and exploiting the less fortunate all the while waving the American flag and telling us to support the war "tourism".

Obviously he wasnt quoting anyone when he said "Are illegal immigrants lazy, no good useless fucks sucking at the federal teat" those are his views, he thought them up.

I'd like to close my eyes and believe he was being satirical or sarcastic but I just can't force myself to come to that conclusion I think he went a little too far but just to make to it clear I'm not asking anyone to agree with me, everyone is entitled to come to their own clusions about what he meant.

26. No, he wasn't quoting.
But those are not HIS views. He is paraphrasing views he has seen other people espouse. The two views he paraphrased contradict each other, and that was the point of his post. That the people claiming such views can't have it both ways. That does not in ANY way mean that he agrees with either view.

I wasn't quoting anyone, you say.

Well, not in the sense that I could footnote it and say "So and so said this on x day in y book or newspaper or conference", blah blah blah. But then, I also didn't put them in quote marks, nor did I say it was a direct quote, so I have committed no academic or journalistic crime, nor have I committed perjury. What brought this post on was a Rush Limbaugh comment from MOnday calling immigrants people who are too lazy to work.

But the rightwingers, yes, they do say things that are at least similar to that, and not just Rush Shitball. And they say also things similar to that which is option #2. Sometimes in the same conversation.
