Tobacco is about the only legal crop that can be grown in some areas of the U.S. and still have it be worth the small farmer's time. We can't all grow parsley and thyme for a living, you know. Well, I guess I can't expect the Brits to be overly concerned about my relative's ability to make a living in the Carolinas but why does anyone need to make any more plants and plant products illegal?
