Here's a surprise...

Welcome to science in Bush's America.

NEW YORK - Does praying for a sick person's recovery do any good?

In the largest scientific test of its kind, heart surgery patients showed no benefit when strangers prayed for their recovery.

And patients who knew they were being prayed for had a slightly higher rate of complications. Doctors could only guess why.

Several scientists questioned the concept of the study.

4. I'm in the wrong business

I need to get into a field where the government or some research facility will give me a boatload of money to do a stupid study on something that anyone with any common sense (I've never understood why they call it that - it's such a rare thing. Maybe it's sarcasm)... where was I?

Oh, yeah, a study on something that any moran should know the answer to. :banghead:
