10. Its this AA subgroup that my old man belongs to
Its all guys so I am not surprised you haven't heard of it, by the way speaking of that, things seem to have been getting better with him lately, he's really gotten spirtural, had a really neat conversation with him about hte christian right today, we were talking about how these churches should be focusing on social justice and stuff, and he said something abotu the self righetousness of htem. Really struck a chord hoenstly.

13. Sounds like he is waking up!
This is a good thing. Personally, I hate "men only" and "women only" groups. Part of my own personal problem has to do with my relationships with ALL people. I need to learn to get my recovery with all people.

Recently led a meeting at one. He told me today that for the first time in his life he feels the power of the all mighty, really means a lot, I am just so proud that I've defended him when it seemed like the program wasnt working.

33. That makes sense
The bad times seem to have been a test and it looks like he's passing with flying colors. He's even helping coach my youngest brother's tee ball team, kind of takes me back to when I first played tee ball when my best friend at the time's dad was the coach and my dad helped out. I swear to god I feel as if my youngest brother is some kind of gift, I know that sounds silly but he really has kept the famiyl together the past few years through good times and bad through his innoncence.

Its really kind of amusing because every night we get to his stories about all these characters. Hi how you doing? The 11th step apparently has my favorite prayer in it, the prayer of st. francis, that oen keeps me going through even the worst pain.

sometimes and years of crap just get erased.
my brother has made a bit of an effort over xmas and it's nice.

the younger you are, the easier it is to be impetuous and not appreciate what you got.

his friends liked me alot, but it took the bros a couple of years.
