Well my week has gotten off to a great start

My great uncle passed away. He was a WWII vet, fought with the Marines in the Pacific. Was almost an idol to me, he was the most decorated vet from my area (won the Navy Cross, Purple Hearts I can't even think of what else). Guy actually took out a machine gun nest on this hill just because he got sick of seeing his buddies getting killed by it. Took a grenade for it too but god knows how many more of his buddies he saved.

It's just starting to hit me, harder than I thought it would.

But then yesterday while his passing was still sinking in, my landlords came by to inform us that they plan on selling the property we rent from them. Almost thought it was an April Fools joke.

On top of that my job has been on the rocks for a while. But started to take control of that situation and have been looking elsewhere.

Wondering what more I get to look forward to.
