Recovering from abusive work situations. Let's revisit that discussion.

Employers of DU: Relax, you know I love you. One person's abusive situation is another person's valid management strategy. This is not a thread meant to criticize employers, managers, business owners or HR folks. A long time ago, we had a discussion about abusive experiences DU members reported having in their workplaces, and someone posted a great link to a website with instructions for people recovering from work situations in which they had been abused or bullied. I thought for darn certain that I'd bookmarked that thing, but now I can't find it anywhere. I Googled, but as usual got weird results, none of which were the page I was looking for. Incidentally, those who don't think there's something seriously wrong with Google right now--egh. It's getting so hard for me to use effectively. Okay, but seriously, does anyone remember the URL for this website? Does anyone have any similar sites they would like to recommend?
