6. i quit smoking for 4 years

then i got cocky i took a puff. MUCH harder to quit the 2nd X, y the nicotine patches alone aren't working. besides, you work, you sweat, they fall off.

i've been supplementing w/ turkish diazapam, but it only slightly dulls the edge of the pangs. what i need is some good dope, but @ 56, i'm not likely to roll-up to the local wal-mart lot y score off the boys in their rice-rockets.

DHS/customs has ben irradiating seeds, so home gardens aren't the answer; besides, a new crop wdnt be of any use for about 8 weex.

Nicotine gum. Same as the patch, different delivery system. Keeps your mouth busy too, and it's legal.

i quit valium is for thne agitation andx to keep me zemicomatose till my system is clean, but jeex, i hate valium.
