I am too Lazy to even get up and get a cup of coffee...It's pouring
rain out and I've got a full schedule...outside. Sigh... Nothing sucks more than being a real estate appraiser on a stormy day.

The rain you're getting now is what was deluging us yesterday and last night. At least it should make the flowers and lawns that much prettier for all that real estate you look at. :)
