Poll question: What coin should we put ronald reagan on?
Since the dime's already taken, which coin or other object should we honor with reagan's smiling mug?

17. A two dollar bill would be most appropriate, actually...
$2 bills DID exist at one point, illogical and oddly conceived as they are. Obviously, it is most suitable for Reagan's face, of any face, to be printed on them.

can we please erase anything with his name already on it?

If you absolutely insist, however, I'll give it some more thought.

7. A token
designed to give to the homeless as a voucher for a night in a "faith based" private residence.

Before Reagan, it was unheard of to have people living in the streets, carrying all their possessions. As a child, we were taught that terrible things like this only happened in impoverished third world countries, that civilized countries like the US would never allow their citizens to live in such degredation.

Thanks to Reagan, we now live in a third world country. For this he should be honored.

16. Too funny, Zen!
I was going to suggest those tarnished looking gold coins that the kids use at the Wonderland video game place, where they keep maniacally stuffing those coins into the machines to get tickets which they redeem for prizes.

But yours were better!

35. O, he deserves to be immortalized on some plastic bling
The kind you get in the 10 cent candy machines at the grocery store. Just think of hannity with his shirt open and a big plastic gold colored reagan coin hanging there. I'm sure it will have a direct impact on his ratings. :D

40. We really need a negative value coin for Reagan.
Edited on Sun Dec-07-03 06:22 AM by elperromagico
Maybe a coin with a value of negative one dollar. Call it the Reagan Deficit Dollar.

Or it could be used among Democrats as slang. If someone owes you ten dollars, tell them, "I want to give you ten Reagan Deficit Dollars." If they understand the lingo, they'll promptly give you ten dollars.
