Poll question: Okay DU should I go paddling AGAIN tomorrow?
Edited on Fri Apr-07-06 05:55 PM by eyepaddle
I've gone paddling three out of the last six days. As a result My schoolwork is falling behind; however nothing is due until Tuesday--should I go to the Kettle river again tomorrow?

Fyi this is similar to a poll I had last week, but the air should be MUCH warmer, it's supposed to be sunny and my arm-twisting friend ASSURES me we'll be home by 6:00. (It's a few hours to drive there, a few hours to paddle, and a few more to return home.) My dilemma is that I know myself, if I go there is NO way I'll do anything remotely productive tomorrow, regardless of what time we return.

In the other hand, I usually wait to Sunday or Monday to get started on projects like this, and I've already done a bit of research on the topic.

Should I go for it, and then just make the project happen near the last minute as is my usual m.o.?

1. Get some work done and then go.
Have to take care of the important things first.

2. I told him I'd call at 8:30 (Central time)
After checking how much I do tonight.

So if you see me around DU a lot tonight--kick me off! :)

4. Thanks Will!
I'm workin' on it!

Here's where I'd be going!

the guy in the red boat w/ the blue helmet is my designated "talk-me-into-things-I-know-are-a-bad-idea" friend. And, yes, he's after me again!

6. Ah the hell with it,
I'm going! Looking at those pictures just made it inevitable

DU can now view this as a "what would you do" poll.

Anyway I'll get the project done, I always do, I just wanted to not hurry for a change. Why mess with a winning formula? ;)
