Why are there gravelly-clawed miniature gerbils crawling in my throat?

Well, that's what it feels like. Spring colds SUCK! It's all Jack's fault- he's brought home some sort of dripping throat leprosy from preschool. I think they feed them crap grown in petri dishes for snack, to maintain an adequate number of absences to keep the class size down. Damn.it.

12. yeah, neither was I

I gargled with peroxide and it seemed to help...even though it feels bizarre and tastes terrible. That and salt water. And whiskey (but don't just gargle with that...)
