What did you think of the episode of LOST last night?

I enjoyed it. I have always been fond of Rose and Bernard. It was not really an action packed or multiple secrets divulged episode, but I liked it.

We learned that the island healed more than just Locke, it also healed Rose, but not Sawyer who still needs glasses. We learned that "Henry" is truly enjoying fucking with them. We learn that Michael is alive, but he looked pretty crazy out there.

Hey, anyone pick up that Rose said she was used to driving in the snow. Here is my crazy Lost specualtion of the week, Rose is somehow related to the "real" Henry Gale from Minnesota. The guy that "Hatch Henry" claimed to be.

Sawyer with Vincent the dog, loved that.
Where the hell was Sayid, oh yeah, he was chasing Moses (not Gwynetth's son, the bible guy) through the Red Sea.

I was there yesterday talking about Big Love, but I always do LOST threads out here.

I was under the impression that Rose and Bernard were married for a long time. In the first season Rose wears Bernard's ring on her necklace and explains to Jack that she always holds on to his ring when they fly. Not it looks like they've only flown together on one trip.

I was glad to see Michael again and the scenes for the next episode look good. I'm glad Kate FINALLY told Jack about the hospital hatch...why didn't Claire say anything to anyone about it yet? Seems like she would at least tell Locke. :shrug:

Rose is so sweet.

The whole Medical Hatch thing was only four-five days ago on the island. Locke has been in the Hatch with Henry almost all of that time. Claire probaly has not seen him to tell him.

how could you find a new hatch and NOT go ape shit crazy telling everyone about it? It's a huge deal. :shrug:

considering she agreed to give up her baby. Kate is smart enough to keep things like that to herself until they prive worth telling.

and Locke didn't tell anyone else.

BTW- there was yet another mention of magnets or magnetic energy. Someone posted here a while ago someone's webpage theory on how it has to do with magnets.

And I thought the same thing about Rose & Bernard's marriage---I thought it had been a whole lot longer, unless they delayed going on their honyemoon for a long time. That would not have made sense since Rose has/had a terminal illness, though.

It was a decent episode---not the worst, not the best.

With the bind she claimed to have with him, feeling he was still alive, I thought they were together for their whole lives.
I wonder if that feeling she had for Bernard's life had anything ot do with the island and its energy to heal her.

She kept saying she knew he was alive. She turned out to be right, of course.

That seemed a lot like Clair's fortune teller and Sun's OBGYN. they all knew something was going to happen.

How could they not know. A bald guy in a wheelchair being carried onto the plane is not exactly normal.

as a character. In Australia, she was contemptuous of the faith healer, and seemingly the whole idea of faith healing. She didn't at all seem like a religious or spiritual person. Yet as soon as they crashed on the island, she was convinced (apparently by faith alone) that Bernard was alive somehow, somewhere. She also encouraged Charlie to ask God for help.

By the way, how was it that Rose and Bernard were in separate sections of the plane? When Bernard landed in the tree after the crash, he was strapped to a seat, if I remember correctly. And wasn't Rose seated next to Jack on the plane?

Anyway I thought I would mention that.

The SOS sign should have been completed. Bernard may have changed his mind about leaving the island, but that doesn't mean the 40 other people don't want to leave. Also, it should have said HELP, and had an arrow to their camp.

I'm glad that Locke is getting out of his "must push button" mentality. Honestly, they should never have pushed it in the first place...

Is that the guy they found in the hatch, Desmond? The one who talked to Jack in the stadium.

I want to know where he went ... he took off like a bat out of hell when he got out of the hatch and we haven't seen or heard from him since. Did he join the others? Was he one of them? Or did he really get trapped on the island sailing around the world?
