I found the damn bug and killed it with the help of Hijack This. I got tired of waiting for webroot, so i started a little detective work. The culprit was winbrume.dll if anyone is having trouble download hijack This and see if it's in there. The next time the alarm goes off I freeze instantly and take care of the problem. complacency is not a good thing.
