Have you ever seen a DU bumper sticker on a stranger's car?

You know... just driving around town, or on the road... have you ever seen anyone else with a DU sticker on their car?

I've looked for them, but so far, none yet. (I guess everyone keeps them as collector's items and nobody actually puts them on their car.)

So I just keep it around in full view so people ask questions about where I got it. :shrug:

I saw one on a truck at the Galleria Mall in Dallas.

I just put my sticker on my car. Maybe someone will spot me! :)

Don't know who they are, but they drive a green Volvo station wagon.

Nini and I spotted one on Pacfic Coast Highway in Lomita a few months ago. We never got a good look at who was driving. I think the car was blue.

Only time either of us spotted a DU sticker on a random car.

She's not a stranger, but she's strange. Does that count?

I'd say that does count... since she is stranger than many folks here. (Not *the* strangest though... But I see she's hard at work on it!) :hi:

saw one in Albany a year or two ago- and left a note on the windshield for "no excuse for george". Plus, amerikat lives near me and I see his DU sticker all the time.

Ford Escort station wagon. In Conecticut, though I don't remember if it had Connecticut plates.

It was on my way to work, right near my office, sometime last fall or so. I was SO excited!

We have ours on our Escort Station wagon (it is blue and has Illinois plates) along with a couple of Labor bumper stickers. We've had a comment or two on it when we've gone places, so people DO notice them.

Our most recent comment came from a Dem Party Chair when we drove that car to a Labor fundraiser for a candidate for Illinois Senate last weekend. We organized a fundraiser last weekend in a neighboring county and took the station wagon because it holds a LOT of stuff. We were packing up the car after it was done and as he loaded a box of stuff in the car he was checking out our bumper stickers.

He is typically a more conservative Dem (a Labor guy) and he asked us about DU. He'd never heard of DU, but thought he might check it out. I dunno if he'll sign up or not--we'll see.

I am seeing a lot more Dem/progressive stickers on cars than I used to, and I do think people are becoming more political and more outspoken about it.

right up here in the parking lot of Shaw's in Bath, ME. The car was parked. We don't have one on our vehicle because we are trying to sell it, all stickers had to be removed to make it look nicer.

I have a suspicion who it might be, if it was someone who posts frequently, but I didn't want to just beep at him - he might have thought I was some kind of Freeperesque kook, pissed off at his stickers!
