2. what time is it now?
sorry. Old joke. But be prepared to heave. Maybe around half an hour from now.

Usually the next six-eight hours will tell the tale.

So what makes you think it was bad fish? Did you smell ammonia when you ate it?

4. If it had smelled bad
I wouldn't have had any.

It tasted a little off. Now I feel a little off...it could be mental though.

5. Donald Rumsfeld is now saying that the fish is only bad due to
liberals twisting it's titties mind and that, in order to preserve the economy you musn't scare people off fish, which is what terrorists do.

Therefore you are a terrorist! Welcome to the club! ;)

---------------------------------
On a more serious note: Sounds like the good old food poisoning, bacterial infestation style. Prepare to heave, other than that I'm not allowed to give medical advice. Though if you feel dizzy or suddenly slothlike or feverish or have any stiffness or shallowness in breathing it is consult-a-doctor time. :)
Best of luck with the heaving chunks. Here are some strine terms for vomit to tide you over:
Bark at the lawn
Call 'Ralph'
Chunder
drive the porcelain bus
liquid laugh
park a tiger on the rug
speak on the big white telephone
spew
Technicolour yawn
(to have) thrown (one's) voice
yodel

7. What type of fish? Cooked through?
Being in Vancouver, you'd think it would be fresh. I saw the boats, and the guy with the sharp knife.

8. I bought it, and then didn't get a chance to eat it
So I threw it in the freezer. I took it out last night to defrost...but I fell asleep before I could cook it. I threw it in the fridge when I woke up. Then I cooked it tonight. I might just have a bad attitude about the fish.

13. yup.
you describe a perfect scenario for salmonella growth. It's not poison bad fish-toxin bad, but it will result in intestinal distress-cramps , diahrea and possible nausea.

Pepto helps, time heals.

10. I had bad shrimp 15 or so years ago.
I WANTED to die. I was dizzy for a few hours, then my stomache hurt and I was still dizzy. 6 or so after eating it I was dizzy, queasy, seeing 'trails' and disoriented. Within 8 hours I was barfing black stuff. I was horribly sick for 3 days. My balance was that of someone w/a Blood Alcohol Level of .3+.

If you start to feel dizzy or start 'seeing things' like trails get to a hospital!
