Now I don't want to eat
I had been sick with diarrhea for ten days and on a liquid diet for five days. I am going normally again and should be eating. I feel weak and tired from not eating. It has been five days since I've been trying to eat. I have no desire to eat. When I eat, I feel slightly more energetic but sick to my stomach. Will I ever want to eat again? Should I force myself to eat as much as I can just short of vomitting? Is this common for people who have been without food for a couple of days? I've already lost my readily available fat so I need to be eating close to normal soon.

1. If you have been fasting, you should gradually start introducing solid
food. Don't do it all at once. Maybe try a little rice. Maybe a little slim fast shake which should provide you with energy but should be easy to digest. Work up to fruit or nuts.

4. Start with jello, then pudding, then soup
you have to ease back into it.. Stay away from greasy or super spicy foods..

Apples are a good way to start or applesauce..

Man I wish I could lose my appetite for a while :(

not the way you did it though :(..Feel better soon..
