and put my older 27-inch Sony in the bedroom to replace my old 19-inch Zenith.

7. It's signed by all the 1987 Dodgers

It was given to me by Maryann Hudson, the interim GM of the Salinas Spurs that year, who was plucked from the Dodgers' PR department. I wanted to keep it in something, and that retro-style canning jar seemed a neat thing for it.
