5. Freaky, it shows a sat image of MY HOUSE

and a valuation (way over what the tax assessment is) but the top of the page says "No Homes found at (Address)! :shrug:

Thanks for the info!

I'm not interested in selling, but it is interesting to see what I could get for it.

7. If you can't find it on zillow, try going to the individual tax
assessment sites. They will give you assessment information and you can work from there. Unfortunately, because zillow is still in beta testing, it doesn't cover everywhere.

I do research professionally, and for CA, zillow is da bomb. Other places, not so much.

So they're not really up to date. But it's pretty cool nonetheless.
