2. Once again, Alaska and Hawaii are apparently not part of the US...
but if anyone wants to know, gas is approximately $2.75 a gallon here now.

4. That reminds me though,
when I was a freshman in college, I got an unsolicited credit card from the Bank of Hawai'i. My mother threw a fit "Why, that's not even in the United States!!!!"

So some people still think it's not apparently.

Idaho Wyoming and Utah have the highest approval ratings for the the crooks, is this why the prices are so low, or why the ratings are so high.
