i need a website or software that will let me digitally paint my house....
actually, i want to paint my garden walls and trim and i need a website or free software that allows me to mix and match color schemes etc. does anyone know of anything like this?

2. cheap? i'm poor! i live in the third world
actually, i'm too lazy to go to the EPA (our version of home depot) and flip thru color swatches. i want to be able to do it on my PC. i'm going for the tropical look.

5. Photoshop Elements is cheap and has a nifty color change tool.
It allows you to select a color and digitally swap it for another. It's typically used to fix red eye and things like that but with a little practice selecting your target it should do what you want.
