1. That is probably Venus
It's a lot brighter than Jupiter, and I don't think Jupiter is above the horizon right now.

At least, not based on the star chart I'm looking at. :-)

2. Venus
If it is near the horizon, following the setting sun that would be Venus. Jupiter will rise in the east long after dark.

4. Yeah..
Jupiter is currently in the constellation Gemini. I don't think Gemini is up at this time of night. It's probably Venus, I'm almost positive.
