Carlos Mencia SUCKS!
He just keeps doing the same racial stereotyping over and over and over again. If you ggogle his name and theft, you get many hits from other comics claiming Mencia ripped off their work. His is the worst show on Comedy Central. At least Chappelle was innovative and creative. Mencia just runs through the same crap week after week.

He ranks right up there with Sarah Silverman as top "Who actually thinks this person is funny" candidate.
