Ugly babies
Okay, my lil's Sis was telling me how her friend had this UGLY baby. She said my Mom, who granted isn't the most nurturing woman in the world, couldn't even look at this kid and say, "Oh, she's so cute."
Let alone with a straight face.
Now, I saw the pics, and this baby is just ugly. But I feel bad, what kind of bastard can look at a baby and think, "Egad!"

What say you?

but the ugly babies are the ones that usually get cuter later....or ..um..at least I hope so. I was an ugly baby, but now I'm a hunk.

Just don't as what I'm a hunk OF. hehe

Then I saw my first born! He had beautiful fingers and toes. He was perfect!

6. I've seen cute babies and I've seen pug-ugly ones.
My niece had a gigantic, disproportionate head until she was about 5. Thank goodness that corrected itself! :yoiks: I've seen lots of other babies that are hideous. And you know what the weird thing is? Those are the babies that usually grow up to be nice-looking adults. (Not always, but many times!)

a lot of first time parents are shocked by how ugly their kid looks. Newborn babies are just weird looking.

16. Oh, gosh, that's sad.
A lot of those kids are actually pretty cute, but just making weird expressions, etc.

But, seriously, what kind of parent would send in their baby's photo? I hope these poor kids never find out they were gawked at by strangers on the Internet for being un-cute!

9. I was quite ugly when first born
But turned out very cute pretty fast.

One of my neighbors years ago had the ugliest kid I ever saw. He was actually so ugly he was kinda cute. He had red hair (not cute red hair but a brilliant orange) with sort of a cowlick and lots of freckles (not cute freckles but big blotchy ones). He was about 2 then and I felt sorry for his parents because they were both rather nice looking and very nice people.

He grew up to be a nice young man but he was always funny looking. :shrug:

When I see a hideous kid, my usual comment is, "Cute shoes!"

11. Newborns are almost always ugly.
They're red & blotchy, eyes are milky, and their heads are misshapen from their trips down the birth canal. Still, though, there is beauty to their ugliness.

14. I knew a woman who's daughter looked like Popeye at birth.
Ugly baby!! :scared:
But the little girl changed a lot as she grew and became so pretty by the age of 4 that she started modeling.

15. I call ugly babies "Awww Babies"
because all you can do and still be polite is say "Awwwwwww". What else can you say? Some kids really get the crap beat out of them going down the birth canal. Hopefully, they're faces get a better shape later on.

17. As a grammy I adore all babies and think they're beautiful..I've only
been kinda sorta :wow: at one baby girl in my son's neighborhood. The little girl has since blossomed and is a beautiful tot.

I might add..my daughter often described my granddaughter as conehead after she was born. Thank goodness her pointy head didn't last for long.

22. most newborns get cute by about 3-4 months...they plump up and
all pretty much look like gerber babies by then...

my son was a real cutie at birth...rosebud lips, and just a beautiful face..

my daughter was a preemie and was just so thin...but she got cuter when she started getting plumper...
