Duuude! Pizza toppings!

I know you have a favorite. There are the normals (pepperoni, sausage, pineapple, cheese, etc) and a few not-so-regulars... including Mac-n-Cheese, Chicken, Feta, onion, spinach, saporita, ricotta, lettuce, morels and Ramen. What do you like?

My favorite: Spinach, saporita, ricotta and (of course) fresh tomatoe.

I can enjoy the occasional pepperoni, beef or sausage garnish, but God intended man to enjoy nature's perfect food with just crust, sauce and cheese. That is all.

Pizza dive where we lived when I was a kid made the most wonderful pizza. I recommend tossing some cashews on a pizza sometime.

Peppers, onions, ham are my standards but in general "Load it up" is my motto (exceptions black olives and anchovies)

Here's a pizza topping story: I lived in Biloxi, MS for a few months. One night during our first week there we went out for pizza for supper. We found a likely looking place and went in. Turns out it was a sit down and order kind of place so the waitress took our order for a large pizza, I don't recall the toppings we ordered. After an appropriate wait the waitress brings it back and as we reach for slices she asks.

"Would you like French dressing?"

My wife and I look up at here, "Oh, we get salads with this?" I ask.

The waitress looks at me like I just spoke in tongues or something. "Noooo..." she says slowly.

My wife and I glance at each other and I look back with a very confused look on my face.

"For your pizza."

After another look at my wife and a pause I manage, "Ah no thanks."

She eats her pizza w/ French dressing. I've always thought it was a quirk but your post makes me wonder.

those who love anchovies, and those who don't. Count me as an anchovie lover.

carrot slivers, peanut sauce, chicken, Thai basil, scallions/green onions, minced ginger, bean sprouts, crushed dry roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes.

green peppers, sun dried tomatoes, pineapple, anchovies, tons of mushrooms, pepperochinis, black olives and lots of sauce. Spinach and feta can be nice on ocassion too.

Forgot about the extra red pepper flakes all over the top.

I'm a man of simple tastes, but double or triple the pepperoni !!!

Pepperoni and mushrooms. The mushrooms have to be canned, not fresh. :) That's my favorite classic pizza! :D

Newer favorites are artichoke hearts, spinach, and feta.
