Do any politicians openly read/post on DU?
I'm sure there are a few that keep a low profile.

:)

1. Not sure about politicians, but Elizabeth Edwards and John Kerry's stepson
(Teresa's son) have posted here. :)

10. I hear Elizabeth Edwards posted at DU before...
she's super nice, isn't she? I "blogged" with her once on the Edwards' blog a long time ago.

Anybody hear how she's doing?

It may not have been him - but there is a user whose name is "SenatorObama" or something like that.

12. I certainly hope they read us or at least their staff members.
I think we have a real voice, and I so hope they listen to us because, well if they didn't, we would not have anything would we? Not anything at all, not even hope, and that might be like the pain we have had to bare already through Iraq war dead, Katrina, 9/11, etc. I feel so bitch slapped by my government every day and its such a rude reality and so totally in order with the idea that the demise of our freedom is their goal, so much so that sometimes I have to scream!
Out loud.
And let it out and I so hope my representative's can hear their constituents screaming I so hope they are not deaf to us, but I do wonder, are you here? Can you hear us? Can you hear us screaming for peace, love, and justice?

I have some confidence that they do hear us on DU.

But louder.
