The Hungarians would have a field day with his name. They (and I ) would call him him 'Csirke'. In Hungarian, Foggo (actually Fogo) means 'catcher' or 'capturer', and a csirke is a chicken. So, he would be a chicken catcher, and the title of csirke fofo is considered a slight.
