4. It is very short if you are filing against the state.

At one time it was only 90 days. If you are thinking about suing call a lawyer NOW.

9. Seeking legal council isn't a bad idea.

It will help to clear your mind no matter how you are involved in this.

I was sued by someone. The case was settled a few months ago but I wasn't thrilled while the investigations were going on. :(
