5. If his company has a website,
that may be listed somewhere in the Human Resources page.

At least, that is where I would find the range at my job.

Every company is different in how they publish salaries or don't publish them. And, a grade 22 in one department might be a bit different than one in another department or division of the company - though, they should be fairly consistent. Not always true, however, as an example, I was browsing through a large company website and they had an Accountant position in one department that had a pay range of $70,000 to $100,000... while an Accountant in another department had a pay range of $55,000 to $75,000. Same company, same job title, just different departments and different requirements (the first job was 8+ years of experience, the other was 3-5 years, I believe)

Your husband should be able to get his pay range either from his boss, or his company's HR department.
